Abe Mbow

Abe Mbow is the President & CEO of Trade On Demand Inc. doing business as Skilled workforce. He founded Skilled Workforce with his previous partner Jarrod Thomas in Nashville.

Before starting Skilled Workforce, Abe held various management roles in sales and large-scale operations for Coca-Cola North America. He has built and led teams of +90 individuals across multiple disciplines, in both union and non-unionized environments.

Abe honorably served for over 10 years in the United States Navy, spanning leadership roles in navigation, operations and recruiting. He has extensive experience in safety and workforce development with OSHA 500 certification in construction and general industry. A graduate of Saint-Leo University with a BA in Business Management, Abe also holds an MBA in General Management from Xavier University (Williams College of Business).

Abe is a business partner to several Chambers of Commerce (Williamson, Rutherford, & Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce) and several trade organizations. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Nashville, SAME (Society of American Military Engineers) and a SCORE mentor volunteer.
