Abe Mbow

President & CEO

Abe Mbow is the President & CEO of Trade On Demand Inc., doing business as Skilled Workforce, which he founded in Nashville.

Before launching Skilled Workforce, Abe held various management roles in sales and large-scale operations at Coca-Cola North America, where he led teams of over 90 individuals across diverse disciplines in both unionized and non-union environments.

Abe served honorably for over 10 years in the United States Navy, holding leadership roles in navigation, operations, and recruiting. He has extensive experience in safety and workforce development, holding OSHA 500 certification in construction and general industry. Abe earned a BA in Business Management from Saint Leo University and an MBA in General Management from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business.

Abe is an active business partner with numerous Chambers of Commerce, including the Williamson, Rutherford, and Nashville Area Chambers, and is involved with various trade organizations. He is also a committed member of the Rotary Club of Nashville, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), serves on the advisory board of Wilson Bank & Trust, and volunteers as a SCORE mentor.
