Vice President of Government Contracts & Operations

Amy Dubois is the Vice President of Government Contracts and Operations. She joined Skilled Workforce in July 2023.

Amy brings over 30 years of government program and contract management expertise to Skilled Workforce. Prior to joining our team, Amy worked with various government contracting organizations in leadership roles spanning Contract Management Offices (CMOs), Project Management Organizations (PMO’s), and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Amy’s expertise leading operations and delivering objectives across a $75M portfolio of government projects enables clients to meet their strategic business objectives. Amy’s expertise in stakeholder management, strong communication, planning and engagement with government stakeholders enables results-based solutions across a variety of contract types.

Amy is a graduate from George Mason University with a BA in English. Holding a PMP certification from PMI and government contracting certifications from George Washington University, she held a Top-Secret Security clearance (dormant) and has ISO and CMMI auditing experience.

As a former elected official in her community, she served various Local Government Boards and Commissions. She oversaw county government matters to ensure constituent voices were heard and their needs served. She continues to volunteer her time on a state level board as an appointee and at a local community college on the education foundation board.
